About Me

I am Glenford S Robinson, a proud Jamaican. I am a MIT Certified Data Scientist, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Eastern University Master's of Science in Data Science and Analytics Graduate Student, a practicing Clinical Laboratory Scientist, and a Python Developer. This app was inspired by my professor, Professor Jeff Eicher, Jr. at Eastern University, St. Davids, Pennsylvania.

Professor Eicher taught me how to be an AWS Cloud Practitioner through his Cloud Foundations course. I mentioned to him that I had built an app to help me study for the finals, and it helped me a lot. He responded fondly of the idea, stating that it would be a great tool for other students to use for preparing for their exams, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Exam. This motivated me even more to build this app as a studying tool, not only for the Cloud Fundamentals final exam but also for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Exam.

Professor Eicher changed my life just by teaching this Cloud Fundamentals course and replying to my message about building this app and how it could help other students on their Cloud career journey. His course laid the foundation for my AWS Cloud knowledge. So, special thanks to my professor, Professor Jeff Eicher. Thank you, professor, for this amazing, life-changing experience!

I am thrilled to share that I recently passed the AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification Exam! This accomplishment wouldn’t have been possible without the guidance of my incredible professor, and the AWS Certification Study App that I created as part of my preparation journey. Building this app not only deepened my understanding of cloud concepts but also provided me with a practical, interactive way to study. As part of my preparation, I also completed the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials course, which served as an excellent review before taking the exam. This combination of hands-on learning and structured study was key to my success.
